PTA Sign up Form

Your membership is very important to us.  It shows your commitment in enhancing our children’s educational experience.  

Pony PTA membership fee is $6.00 per person and is open to students, teachers, parents, guardians, extended family and community members.

Payment methods:

1. Cash or Check (made to Pony Express PTA): please send your payment in a sealed envelope marked PTA Membership to the school office or via your child.
2. Pay online: https://pony-express-pta.square.site/    Please include your child/children’s name/s in the notes area once you click the PayPal Donate button.
