For drivers who drop off and pick up students in front of our school: Please remember a few rules to keep our students safe.

• Slow down…you are in a school zone. Be alert. Students have been known and warned NOT to jaywalk and run across the street. Accidents can happen. We’ve had several near misses already.
• DO NOT double park.
• DO NOT make U-turns in front of school.
• DO NOT jaywalk, use designated crosswalks.
• Please be courteous to our crossing guards…they are all volunteers and doing their best to keep our students safe.
• Encourage others to be safe. If you see anyone not following these safety rules, please kindly remind them.

NOTE: Sac PD and Sac Parking Enforcement have been patrolling the school neighborhood and given tickets for violations.
